Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days. Tracking information will be sent to you via email.

Cancellations

Returns

All sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are accepted.

Packages are typically shipped via USPS. As soon as your shipment is in the hands of a postal carrier, we are no longer in control. The USPS does not provide us with different information than they provide you with the tracking number.

If you have received a damaged/defective item, email sarah@solplanners.com with your name, order number, nature of the issue, and attach a photo to your email. We can not process a return for damages if the product has been written in or used.
